Welcome to Fine Print Solution. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the printing, signage, and related services we provide from our shop in Surrey, BC. By using our website, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Our Services

We provide commercial and personal printing, signage, design support, and related products. All orders are subject to acceptance, material availability, and production capacity. We may decline or cancel an order that we cannot fulfill safely, legally, or to a professional standard.

2. Quotes and Orders

Website prices, samples, and estimates are for guidance only. A final quote is confirmed by our team based on your specs, artwork, quantity, materials, finishing, and deadline. Production begins only after quote confirmation, required payment (if applicable), and your approval of the proof or print-ready files.

You are responsible for checking spelling, layout, colours, dimensions, quantities, and all other details before approving a proof. Once you approve, we proceed to print based on that approval.

3. Artwork and Intellectual Property

You confirm that you own or have permission to use all content you submit (logos, photos, text, trademarks, and designs). You agree not to submit material that infringes copyright, trademark, or other rights, or that is unlawful or harmful.

You grant us a limited licence to use your submitted files solely to produce and deliver your order. Website content, branding, and materials owned by Fine Print Solution remain our property and may not be copied or reused without permission.

4. Proofs, Colour, and Print Variance

Digital proofs show layout and content; they may not match final printed colour exactly due to screen calibration, paper stock, ink, and finishing. Minor colour and finishing variation between proofs, reprints, and previous jobs is normal in commercial printing and is not considered a defect unless it materially affects the usability of the product.

5. Payments

Payment terms are confirmed with your quote. Many custom jobs require full or partial payment before production. Unpaid balances may delay or cancel an order. Prices are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise and may exclude applicable taxes.

6. Cancellations and Changes

You may request changes or cancellation before production starts. Once production has begun on a custom order, the order is generally non-refundable because materials and labour have been committed. If we cancel an order before production for reasons within our control, we will refund amounts paid for that order.

7. Turnaround, Pickup, and Delivery

Turnaround times are estimates given in good faith. Timelines may change due to file corrections, proof delays, material supply, equipment issues, or high demand. Rush and same-day options depend on capacity and are confirmed at the time of order.

Pickup is available at our Surrey location during business hours. Where delivery is arranged, timing depends on the courier or delivery method. Risk of loss transfers according to the shipping arrangement confirmed with your order.

8. Reprints and Defects

If a product has a clear production defect caused by us (for example wrong size we confirmed, missing pages, or severe print failure), contact us promptly with photos and order details. We will reprint or reasonably remedy the issue at our discretion.

We are not responsible for errors that were present in customer-supplied files or that you approved on a proof, including spelling mistakes, low-resolution images, incorrect sizes, or content issues.

9. Website Use

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, scrape, or misuse the site or our systems. Content on the site is provided for general information and may change without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fine Print Solution is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use, delays, or services. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada. Disputes will be handled in the courts of British Columbia, unless otherwise required by law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
